All customers of Krazy 8’s Invertebrates must first read this guarantee policy prior to ordering. Upon placing an order, it is agreed upon that said customer agrees to each and every term/condition of the guarantee policy without qualms.

• Krazy 8’s Invertebrates guarantee the health of the animal for 24 hours after receiving the animal. After 24 hours, the animal is deemed to be healthy and is the property of the customer.
• Krazy 8’s Invertebrates guarantees the live arrival of shipments provided that the shipment’s destination has an overnight low of at least 60 degrees F on the day of receipt, and does not have a daytime high exceeding 90 degrees F on the day of receipt. Any temperature below or higher than these stated will result in a forfeit of the live arrival guarantee.
• Any DOA or unsatisfactory animals must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. There are no exceptions.
• Krazy 8’s Invertebrates will replace or substitute animals in the event of a DOA. There are no refunds of any kind.
• Any DOAs must be sent back before new animals can be sent. Krazy 8’s Invertebrates will not pay to re-ship any replacement animals. You are responsible to cover re-shipping costs. Animals deemed to be unsatisfactory must be taken care of in the same manner.
• Krazy 8’s Invertebrates will not be liable for amounts higher than the original price of the animal.
• Krazy 8’s Invertebrates will not accept responsibility for the carrier’s error with respect to the delivery of goods.
• Krazy 8’s Invertebrates will attempt sexing of available animals free of charge, but sexing is not guaranteed in any way unless Krazy 8’s knows completely that the animal in question is male/female.
• Krazy 8’s Invertebrates will not guarantee in any way free animals, replacement animals, or “on-sale” animals.
